State Enterprise Radioactive Waste Management Agency hereby announces that terms and conditions for the reorganisation of State Enterprise Radioactive Waste Management Agency have been drawn up.

The participants of reorganisation are State Enterprises (the data of the enterprises is collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities).

State enterprise under reorganization is State Enterprise Radioactive Waste Management Agency (legal form – state enterprise, office registered at Verkių 36, 09109 Vilnius city, Vilnius city municipality, legal entity code 210083110, the institution implementing rights and obligations of the owner is Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania).

State enterprise participating in reorganisation is State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant (legal form – state enterprise, office registered at Elektrinės g. 4, K 47 Drūkšinių village, 31152 Visaginas municipality, legal entity code 255450080, the institution implementing rights and obligations of the owner is Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania).

The reorganisation is performed by means of a merger: State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant will continue the activities after the merger, whereas the activities of State Enterprise Radioactive waste Management Agency will be discontinued.

State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant will take over all of the assets managed in trust by the State Enterprise Radioactive Waste Management Agency which are necessary for the performance of the functions taken over, also the rights and obligations. The registration will be considered completed when the new articles of association of State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant are registered at the Register of Legal Entities and State Enterprise Radioactive Waste Management Agency is unregistered from the Register of Legal Entities. The name of State Enterprise Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant will not change after reorganisation.

The terms and conditions for the reorganisation and other related documents according to the legal requirements are publicly available at the office of State Enterprise Radioactive Waste Management Agency (Verkių 36, 09109 Vilnius; tel.
